What we teach

Our training focuses on the practical layer between curiosity and implementation. Learners practise prompt design, output review, task decomposition, knowledge workflows and automation planning using realistic business scenarios.

The course is intentionally tool-aware but tool-neutral. ChatGPT is central to many exercises, while the deeper aim is to help people think clearly about inputs, context, constraints, verification and handoff.

How we work

Each cohort combines concise instruction with hands-on labs. Participants leave with reusable templates, checklists and workflow drafts that can be adapted inside their own organisation.

For company cohorts, sessions can be shaped around approved AI tools, governance policies, sector requirements and the tasks that create the most friction for the team.
